Niels Otto Moller Model 62 Chair 50th Anniversary Edition in Light Rosewood

The 1962 prototype was designed by Niels Otto Moller, and this 50th anniversary edition is a reflection of Oliver Olsen's pursuit of the highest quality and transformation of classic designs. The 1962 prototype designed by Niels Otto Moller had a leather seat, while the pure Danish version designed by Oliver Olsen, or Paere Dansk, has a 100% solid rosewood seat.

The original designer's son Jorgen Moller was particularly fond of the solid rosewood seat design and agreed in 2012 to make this a commemorative edition for the 50th anniversary of the original design. Oliver Olsen patiently processed a batch of rosewood purchased in 2006, and finally the wood reached the optimal dryness and quality in 2017. The chair will be released during Design Beijing 2018.

The limited edition 50th anniversary edition released by Paere Dansk has a solid rosewood seat, plus 8 early and late design samples.
