Full Description

“Gold Hill Chair” A solid wood folding stool, seat with black leather. Model PH 41. Made by Poul Hundevad, Vamdrup. Retailed by Illums Bolighus, with metal tag. Literature: Mobilia 1957. Replica of bronze age stool found in a grave outside Vamdrup in Jutland dated 1300 B.C. and thus the oldest preserved piece of furniture in Scandinavia. The original stool is in the collection of the National Museum of Denmark. Height: 13.5 in (34.29 cm)Width: 19 in (48.26 cm)Depth: 16 in (40.64 cm).
